Our portfolio includes site prospecting, grid connection opinions, negotiation of photovoltaic plants, and implementation of energy efficiency projects, in addition to tax analyses focused on cost reduction and performance optimization.
With a consultative and integrated approach, we develop tailored projects that combine energy performance, sustainability, and regulatory security, always aligned with each client's strategies and needs. We also act in resolving regulatory issues, ensuring clients' rights in the energy sector with professionalism and collaboration.
We count on specialized legal advisory services, available whenever needed, ensuring that solutions are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements. Our work integrates technical, regulatory, and legal aspects, providing clients with a comprehensive and strategic view of the power sector.
The Nodal Energy team combines technical, regulatory, and legal experience. The company was founded and is led by electrical engineer Fábio Carrasco, with more than 25 years of experience in the power sector, alongside lawyer and accountant Loida Duarte, who holds an MBA in Controllership and has experience in industrial and commercial management at a distribution utility.

Our History01
Nodal Energy was born from Fábio Carrasco’s desire to become an entrepreneur after years of experience in the corporate power sector. Fábio worked managing technical and commercial solutions for large customers, including new connections, distributed generation, and the free market, taking part in project assessments and resolving regulatory issues, with deep knowledge of operations, non‑technical losses, and billing.

Realizing that the power sector demands solutions that consider regulatory and legal aspects, Fábio invited Dr. Loida Duarte to join the company. Loida brought her tax expertise, experience in the power sector in commercial areas such as billing, large accounts, and technical‑commercial services, as well as 10 years of management in the industrial sector, strengthening Nodal Energy’s integrated approach.
